Halloween?

Well, in the Stampin' Up! world, we start holidays way earlier than your average Jane.  So, here is a Halloween Project for ya!  This was made at a local event.  I'm going to have to guess the supplies :)
Supplies:
Stamp Set: Spooky Bingo Bits, Teeny Tiny Wishes, (not sure about the "spooky")
Paper: Basic Black, Rich Razzleberry, Polka Dot Parade DSP, White
Ink: Black
Tools: Big Shot, Fancy Favor Die, 1-1/4" circle punch, 1/16" hole punch
Accessories: white baker's twine, dotted scalloped black ribbon on broom

Tip: I know several people are getting frustrated making the little Lollies.  (That's what the accordion flowers are called).  You can cut a 1x12" strip of paper and score it every 1/2".  Then fold accordion style on the score lines and adhere the ends together.  Punch out another circle and put liquid tombow all over it and put in on the lolly.  You'll have to hold it a little bit and then put something heavy on it to keep in flat.  You can use a scoring blade to do this or what's even easier is our Simply scoring Tool.  But what's even easier is our designer rosette die that cuts and scores the folds for you!  Hot glue is also an option instead of tombow if you get too frustrated.  Here is a close up of the broom.  It's just a candy stick.
